Department of Defense eReceipt Instructions

  1. Follow your RFP Guidelines for the location of the required forms to be completed for your proposal submission.
    1. Save all required forms into “ONE” PDF file (DOD Requirement).
    2. If the required forms are available in Microsoft Word:
      1. Complete and Save each form separately with a .doc extension.
      2. Select Insert / File from the tool bar. Insert each file into one proposal master file.
      3. Select File / Create Adobe PDF and Save the master file in pdf format.
    3. If the required forms are available in PDF:
      1. Complete and Save each form separately with a .pdf extension.
      2. Select Document / Insert Pages. Insert each pdf file into one proposal master file.
      3. Save the master PDF file.
    4. To Scan documents:
      1. Scan Document using Adobe Photoshop, etc.
      2. Save image as a pdf document (need Adobe Acrobat plug in)
      3. Or Save image as a Word document, then convert to pdf.
      4. Insert into master PDF file using the above instructions.

      SCANNERS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FACULTY SUPPORT CENTER, 2215 TURLINGTON HALL, 392-7249.

  2. Contact DSP / Proposal Processing, 392-9267, to obtain the Administrative Representative available that day for his/her name, address and email information needed to submit your proposal.
  3. Go to the eReceipt website https://cdmrp.org/proposals/
    1. Follow the instructions to Register and Complete your Proposal Information.
    2. Complete the Administrative Representative as instructed by DSP above.
    3. Submit the Proposal Information.
    4. Email your attached PDF file to the Administrative Representative assigned to your proposal.
    5. Send DSP / Proposal Processing, 207 Grinter Hall, your proposal package:
      1. DSP-1 signature page.
      2. One copy of your proposal for DSP.
      3. Any additional copies required by the RFP.
      4. IRB/IACUC approval letter (if applicable).
      5. Cost-Share Commitment Form (if applicable).
      6. Any Internal Forms required by your department.
    6. Upon receipt of your proposal package above, the Administrative Representative will electronically submit your proposal.
