Personnel and Administrative Services
The Office of Personnel and Administrative Services is the core human resources office for the Office of Research and services all Units that report to the Vice President for Research. Our services also extend to the Office of Technology Licensing and the Graduate School, for a total of approximately 400 employees.
Our services include, but are not limited to, employee recruitment and retention, appointment processing, training compliance, evaluation compliance, time and labor processing, and employee fringe benefits. We also process Secret security clearances for University of Florida employees, funding for graduate student travel, and funding for workshops, conferences, and meetings.
Open Positions in the Office of Research
The Coordinator will be part of the responsive and professional team within the Division of Sponsored Research (DSR) and will represent the University of Florida (UF) in the preparation, negotiation and management of outgoing subawards, subcontracts, and their respective amendments issued to Subrecipients under prime federal or non-federal grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts.
