Fringe Benefit Rates
When budgeting fringe benefits in grant and contract proposals use the rate for the appropriate salary admin plan listed below. UF’s fringe rates are approved annually by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
FY18 (7/1/18 – 6/30/19) Proposed Fringe rates:
Effective, 4/26/17, all proposals should use the FY18 proposed fringe rates noted below when building budgets, with the understanding that the proposed rates are subject to DHHS approval and the final approved rates will be charged effective July 1, 2017, regardless of what rate was used at time of proposal submission.
