What We Do

Review, approve and submit all proposal to external sponsors, including federal grants.gov submissions and non-federal proposal central submissions;

Review, comment, correct and submit all research related documents to external sponsors;

Negotiate research agreements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, and any other document that is related to research with external sponsors and subrecipient organizations, including agreements where no money is changing hands;

Is the University of Florida’s designated office responsible for the acceptance of all grants, contracts, or other awards;

Provides University of Florida Authorized Official signature on documents related to research and training activities;

Is a campus resource for guidance and answers to questions relating to your proposal, budgeting, contract negotiations and more;
