A Technology Control Plan (TCP) is an internal UF document designed to articulate the security standards required to appropriately comply with export control regulations and contract terms. TCPs are generally related to a specific research scope or an export controlled article. A TCP defines the restricted technical data, software, and commodities, responsible jurisdiction, and categorization (USML or CCL), the physical and IT security, and a listing of project personnel. The document is designed in conjunction with UF RISC, the lead Principal Investigator (PI), and UF Information Technology (IT). Please complete the form to the best of your knowledge. If a question does not apply to your project, please answer “N/A”.
