Getting Started with Pivot
Register for a webinar, view Training Tutorials, or contact support for additional assistance. Pivot also provides a helpful LibGuide as well as help resources on their site: https://proquest.libguides.com/pivot.
- Create your Pivot account: (GatorLink Authentication required). Pivot is free for UF faculty, students, postdocs, and staff. To create an Account, visit the Pivot Registration page.
- Access Training and Resources: Explore training tutorials, webinars, and written guides to help you get the most out of Pivot. For additional help, visit the Pivot LibGuide.
Remember to link your ORCID iD.
Eligibility
Not all funding opportunities available through Pivot may be applicable to UF or its researchers. UF may be eligible for certain categories, such as opportunities for public and state-controlled institutions of higher education, but may not be eligible for others, such as nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status.

- Pivot Funding Alerts/Saved Searches: This service runs automatically once a week. You must be a registered user of Pivot and must set up a Saved Search for each query for which you would like to receive a Funding Alert. Pivot provides a short video describing the process of setting up a saved search and funding alert.
