Research Opportunity Seed Fund
The ROSF’s mission is to promote pathbreaking interdisciplinary research and new collaborations between scholars. To encourage this, all proposals must have at least two investigators from different colleges or centers, and the strength of the interdisciplinary element in the proposal is a key factor in determining the award.
Colleges across the University of Florida engage in their internal down-selection process in the autumn of each year, before finalists move forward to the University-wide competition. If you and another scholar are interested in pursuing the ROSF, please contact your Associate Dean for Research to inquire about the deadlines and required materials for initiating the process.
