Office of Management and Budget Memo

A memo from the acting director of the White House Office of Management and Budget on January 27 instructs each federal agency, to the extent permissible under applicable law, to temporarily pause all activities related to obligations or disbursement of all federal financial assistance, and other relevant agency activities that may be implicated by the executive orders.
